EPIC Construction Company is a Florida based, small business, General Contracting firm committed to build lasting relationships. We specialize in Commercial and Institutional Construction, with solid past performance in controlled environments such as hospitals and airports.​

Our origins as a process improvement consulting firm, specialized in training and implementation of Lean 6 Sigma, set us apart as we utilize principles of Lean Construction and a robust management system to ensure the highest levels of quality, efficiency and safety to our projects.​

EPIC was founded by Alfredo Moran Hassan, Johnny Rojas and Jackie Jones in 2003 as EPIC Consultants, a consulting firm in continuous improvement. With its solid expertise in Engineering and an innovative mindset, in 2010, EPIC brought in David Moran, PE and successfully branched out to perform construction contracts with the public sector.​

Since then, with our core set on values of quality, honesty and integrity, and our commitment to form long-lasting, mutually rewarding relationships with our clients, partners and team members, EPIC has grown and solidly established itself in the South Florida public construction environment.​

In 2023, as EPIC approaches its 20th anniversary, we set a new milestone: EPIC Construction Company. After years operating under EPIC Consultants, the Construction branch has far outgrown its parent company and earned its own identity. ​
