The Work of this Contract comprises the general construction of complete Demolition, Renovation and Refurbishment of existing Male and Female Group Restrooms and Common Entry Vestibule Areas located in the first and second floors of Cargo Building 716, Towers (I-J) and Entry Privacy Doors in first floor Women’s Restrooms 201-b, 401-D and 501-D, located at 5875 NW 18th Street, Miami, Florida 33122 for Miami-Dade County Aviation Department (MDCAD), the Owner.
