Description

The work includes renovating the existing courtroom, small courtroom (converting it into a conference room), all restrooms, installation of a glazed storefront aluminum door, including framed sidelights and transom to match the existing nearby system, removing door hardware function on existing storefront door, repair/replace damaged portions of gypsum wall board at niched area outside of conference room off of corridor, replacement of transaction counter at same niched area, carpet and wall base replacement throughout the building, repaint all painted wall surfaces at the interior of the building and incidental related work.
