Description

The work consisted of the general construction remodeling of the ADA Public Restroom (upgrades) at Jackson Memorial Hospital, located at the DTC Building Ist Floor Lobby (Female Restroom D-139 approximately 410 sq. ft & male Restroom D-140 with about 302 sq. ft). The scope of work consisted of the complete demolition of architectural features including plumbing and electrical fixtures. The project is located in an active cancer treatment building and we had to erect ICRA walls to keep hospital staff and patients safe and away from construction activities. We took extreme caution to remove construction debris and throughout the delivery of materials to and from the construction site. We installed new walls with porcelain tiles and flooring as well. New plumbing fixtures were installed as well as new light fixtures and ceiling.
