Description

Contractor is to demolish all existing structure above existing concrete slab. Where steel columns and bolts are penetrating the existing concrete slab, the columns and bolts are to be cut and left flush with existing slab. The existing electrical panel is to be disconnected in coordination with FPL and all light fixtures, electrical outlets, Switches etc. Are to be demolished in conjunction with the structure. The existing concrete slab is to remain and be patched as necessary. All the airplanes’ tie downs are to remain. There is an existing hose bib that is to be relocated underground inside a proposed handhole box with a lid in the adjacent grass area. There is a sign structure on the southeast corner of the building that is to be demolished with its existing foundation and electrical conduits. Contractor to remove and properly dispose of all demolished material.
